Privacy

Your information, kept simple.

Last updated 9 October 2026

The short version: this website doesn’t use cookies, analytics or tracking, and there are no forms to fill in. The only personal information I get is what you choose to send me.

Who I am

New8 Systems is run by me, Rafi. If you have any questions about your information, email hello@new8systems.com.

What this website collects

• No cookies, no analytics, and no advertising or tracking tags.
• Nothing is saved in your browser.
• The calculator works entirely on your device. The numbers you enter are never sent anywhere.
• The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare handles technical details such as your IP address to deliver the page and protect it from abuse.
• The fonts come from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to download them, which shares your IP address with Google.

When you get in touch

If you email me or book a free audit, I get your name, your email address and whatever you choose to tell me. I use it only to reply to you, run your audit and, if we work together, deliver your project.

I never sell your information, and I won’t add you to a mailing list without asking. I keep it only for as long as I need it for those reasons, then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to see the information I hold about you, correct it or delete it. Just email hello@new8systems.com. If you’re not happy with how I’ve handled your information, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Changes

If anything here changes, for example when I add a booking tool, I’ll update this page and the date at the top.
